🌅 Morning (fasting)
- Milk Thistle Spray : 10–15 sprays under the tongue. Hold for a few seconds before swallowing.
- Zeolite+ (capsules) : 2 capsules with a glass of water.
- Formula Caisse+ (capsules) : 2 capsules with a glass of water.
🍽️ Before lunch (at least 30 minutes before)
