GOLDSUN: self-tanning and scrub guides | Biomed

Understanding color, prepping the skin, finding the right technique. GOLDSUN guides answer the practical questions of your routine, from the first try to maintenance.

Towel, mitt, water, and sugar arranged on a light surface.

Three functions, one path to understand

Gradual is about progressive color. Instant adds an immediately visible effect and also contains DHA. Scrub is about the skin's surface: exfoliation and smoothness, with no self-tanning function.

DHA is the self-tanning ingredient. Cosmetic color is not equivalent to UV protection. To choose the product, start with the desired result; to use it, always follow the instructions on the packaging.

Gradual: starting and maintaining

Instant: preparing for your moment

Scrub: knowing the preparation

Which situation are you starting from?

It’s your first time: start with the test and frequency. You have an occasion: learn more about drying and contact with clothing. You want smoother skin: get to know the Scrub's formula and gentleness before choosing your color.

Your questions

What does the GOLDSUN path cover?

Guides to learn about self-tanners and skin preparation, organized around Gradual, Instant, and Scrub.

What does progressive effect mean?

A process in which you observe the color and evaluate subsequent applications, respecting the product's instructions.

What is the difference between immediate color and development?

The first is the initial visible effect; development refers to the self-tanning evolution. Instant also contains DHA.

What is DHA?

It is dihydroxyacetone, the self-tanning ingredient present in the declared formulas of Gradual and Instant.

Does the Scrub produce color?

No. It is the exfoliating product in the family and performs a preparatory role or acts as an independent body treatment.

Which guide should I read for my first test?

Start with the in-depth look at the first application of a gradual self-tanner, then compare the effect you desire.

Where can I find answers about clothing and sports?

In the Instant path, you will find separate guides on drying and clothes, showering, and physical activity.

Where can I learn more about the Scrub formula?

In the guide dedicated to sugar, coconut, citrus, and reading the INCI.

Do the images show guaranteed results?

No. They are editorial illustrations of situations and gestures, not efficacy tests or before-and-after comparisons.

Where can I compare purchase options?

In the GOLDSUN selection path and on the three product pages, with available packaging options.
