Lo uso da qualche giorno. È semplicissimo da utilizzare e arriva con un foglio che spiega come utilizzarlo al meglio. Ottima idea per chi come me lo ha acquistato per la prima volta. È un po' presto per dare un parere, ma sento già che ho maggiore vitalità e meno spossatezza.
Il sapore è praticamente inesistente. Lo spray è comodo da portare in giro.
