Copper, Collagen, and Hyaluronic: follow the sublingual instructions on the respective packaging. Sublingual means under the tongue. Do not determine the number of sprays based on the duration of the kit and do not increase the dose to finish the bottle.

Vitamin E: the Biomed sheet indicates 10 drops under the tongue, once a day, unless otherwise instructed on the label. For topical use, follow the instructions dedicated to application on the skin. Having two bottles in the long kit does not mean doubling the dose.
