Copper, Collagen and Hyaluronic Acid: Follow the sublingual directions on the respective packaging. Sublingual means under the tongue. Do not calculate the number of sprays based on the duration of the kit, and do not increase the dose to finish the bottle.

Vitamin E: The Biomed label recommends 10 drops under the tongue, once a day, unless otherwise directed on the label. For topical use, follow the directions for skin application. Having two bottles in the long kit does not mean doubling the dose.

Store products in their original packaging according to the labels. Supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
