30 and 90 days indicate the suggested routes. The actual shelf life of the packages depends on the intended use of each product. The 90-day kit contains two bottles of Vitamin E, not three.

Copper, Collagen and Hyaluronic Acid: Follow the sublingual directions on the respective packaging. Sublingual means under the tongue. Do not calculate the number of sprays based on the duration of the kit, and do not increase the dose to finish the bottle.
Vitamin E: The Biomed label recommends 10 drops under the tongue, once a day, unless otherwise directed on the label. For topical use, follow the directions for skin application. Having two bottles in the long kit does not mean doubling the dose.
Store products in their original packaging according to the labels. Supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or are taking medication, consult your doctor before use. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
